Do you offer a warranty?
On all used video games and electronics, SoonerSoft offers:
- Money Back Warranty -- up to 30 days
- Exchange Only -- up to 60 days
This applies to any product that arrives “Dead On Arrival" or has functionality issues. There are no warranties available on NEW products, collectibles, accessories, apparel, or any non-electronic item.
Is my credit card information secure? What forms of payment do you accept?
Through PayPal we accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal and PayPal Express, and more.
Can I get a discount for buying in BULK?
Yes. Contact us directly for special pricing.
Is my data on my returned equipment safe?
Yes. We factory reset each phone we test, so no personal information should be passed on to another customer. Be advised we may hold your refund until a device is unlocked if you return a device that is passcode or otherwise locked (Samsung S-Lock, Google Lock, Apple/iCloud Lock, etc.). We strongly urge you to remove all passcodes and locks and factory reset your returned equipment. Doing so will ensure your equipment is completely clear of your information and ready for us to fully test and pay or credit your account.
Will you ship anywhere?
We can. Note that we are only responsible for the shipment up to the original shipping address or to the United States portion of the shipping. Once your package is handed to a freight forwarder or to your local/country carrier, we get no information on shipments and cannot guarantee handling. We highly recommend you have your freight forwarder inspect the package and return it to us immediately if it is damaged!
